Our desserts are prepared with a focus on ingredients and wellness. Little sugar, type 1 ancient grain flours, French butter are used. Local producers, just like us, like to put their name and face on it.
“Attese” (“Expectations”). This is the name of our Gazebo, designed by artist Vittorio Corsini. A series of little houses on the Peccioli Way welcomes you into a muffled, magical atmosphere where you can wait for those you love to enjoy a sweet or savory treat together.
